First floor extension and garage conversion

For this project our clients asked for the garage to be split into two parts, the rear of the garage was outlined for an office/study area.

A new bedroom with en-suite was specified to be built above the single story extension.

Double glazed windows and doors, and new internal brickwork and insulation have been fitted to meet the latest Building Regulations.
